What is your business model?
To assist with our core operations; we provide an online dropshipping experience.
Where do all of the products come from?
We have warehouses located all over the world; from the US to europe to China. Based on the product being sold; it would be processed from that location to your home or office.
Why should I purchase products with you vs the other big online companies?
Good question. Neither the big online stores and I make the product. The bigger store has a bigger operational and overhead cost to meet; therefore purchasing the product through us has the greater likelihood in providing a lower price.
What is your return policy?
We would need to follow our partner's return procedure, but rest assured we will take your situation into consideration to see how we can accommodate.
What happens if the item is defective?
Without question we would be your advocate to remedy the situation. We would just need the recipt, photos and brief description; and we will begin the process issue you a replacement.
What about shipping?
We made deals with partners who built their shipping inclusive and some with a nominal cost. In an effort to give you the lowest cost possible.
